Liz Gill spent the first part of her journalistic career as a news reporter for the Daily Express. Since going freelance her work has appeared in most UK national newspapers from the Daily Star to the Financial Times as well as overseas publications and on a range of websites.
She specialises in writing for the ‘mature traveller’ and particularly loves ‘islands at the edge of the world’ from the Faroes to the Falklands via St. Helena.
